Groundbreaking Minnesota punk group The Suicide Commandos played their Farewell Blowout Show with special guests Bob Mould, Craig Finn, Chan Poling, and others at First Avenue in Minneapolis on Saturday night. “We're so grateful that they made time in their schedules to come and celebrate with us,” Chris Osgood of the Suicide Commandos told Jill Riley in an interview ahead of the show. (Founding member Steve Almaas could not perform due to ongoing health challenges, but he appeared on video in clips of archival material that was screened leading up to the show.)
