Eleanor (Ellie) Pierce is a writer and editor who manages communications for Minnesota Public Radio's regional services, including MPR News, The Current, and Carbon Sound. In a past life, she was a features reporter for the Bend, Oregon, daily newspaper The Bulletin and a contributor to many editions of Uncle John's Bathroom Reader.
