Reed Fischer leads The Current’s digital content strategy, and manages a team of staff and freelance contributors. Prior to working for Minnesota Public Radio, he has held editorial roles at Minnesota Monthly, Bring Me the News/Go Radio, Village Voice Media (City Pages, New Times), and Triton Digital Media. His freelance writing has appeared in Rolling Stone, Village Voice, Paste, Alternative Press, and Revolver. He lives in northeast Minneapolis.
