Played a handful of artist who won were in the winner's circle at the recent Americana Awards and Honors in Nashville. We also listened to new music from Lanue, Chris Koza, Adia Victoria and O.N.E the Duo.

This week, we remember Gram Parsons, who died on Sept. 19, 1973. We'll hear music by Parsons as well as by his band, the Flying Burrito Brothers, and from his friend Emmylou Harris.

Today was the 18th anniversary of Johnny Cash's death. We remembered the "man in black" with a few tunes. I also played new songs from Paul Carrack, Allison Ponthier, Sierra Ferrell and Joshua Ray Walker

I featured new sounds from Darrin Bradbury, Pokey LaFarge, Sturgill SImpson & Suzanne Santo on this USofA. We also remembered Charlie Watts with a few sorts country tunes from The Rolling Stones.

I featured a few new tunes from Sturgill Simpson, who just released a sorta surprise album, The Ballad of Dood and Juanita.

I featured new music from Suzanne Santo, Robert Plant & Alison Krauss & Summer Dean on this USofA. We also remembered Nanci Griffith, who passed away last Friday & Justin Townes Earle, who passed away in August 20, 2020.
