Eight bands heated up Rock the Garden's two stages on June 29 at the Walker Art Center. The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden provided a lush backdrop for the festival's music. The sun was out, and so were the thousands of people who came out to see the National, Courtney Barnett, X, Heart Bones, deM atlaS, Bad Bad Hats, Adia Victoria, and the Beths.
