In the run-up to the April 22 release of their forthcoming album, Night Falls, St. Paul's own Heiruspecs join David Campbell in The Current studio for a performance and interview on The Local Show.
Over the course of the interview, Campbell asks Heiruspecs how they have maintained such a strong friendship and working relationship that dates back to their days as kids at St. Paul's Central High School. Among other factors, Felix credits the high school itself for providing the band members with the proper instruction to prepare them for their next steps as artists.
Heiruspecs also talk about their writing and recording process, what they do for leisure and which local artists are really catching their ears right now.
The album release show for Night Falls, Heiruspecs' sixth full-length studio album, happens Saturday, April 26, at the Amsterdam Bar & Hall in St. Paul, Minn.
All songs off the forthcoming album, Night Falls, which releases April 22.
