Tune in on Tuesday, June 7 — the 58th anniversary of Prince's birth — as we count down the top 58 Prince songs, as voted on by you.

A few weeks ago, we conducted an internal poll among The Current's staff, asking people to vote for their favorite Prince tracks from our library. In a ballot containing more than 300 songs, here are the tracks that shook out as our top five:

No. 1 (tie): "1999", "Let's Go Crazy"
No. 2: "Controversy"
No. 3 (tie): "I Could Never Take The Place Of Your Man", "I Would Die 4 U"
No. 4: "7"
No. 5: "Kiss"

But we are interested in what YOU think. So that's why we took the same ballot of Prince songs in our library — more than 300 tracks — and asked you to vote for your favorites. We used your input to gather the top 58 in remembrance of Prince.

Be sure to listen on on Tuesday, June 7 — the anniversary of Prince's birth — from 2 to 6:45 p.m., as we count down your 58 favorites.
