Lizzo holds on for her sixth week in total at the top, which will be very hard to beat for the remainder of 2016. That must make it a good as hell pick for song of the summer, and it means she's inducted to the Hall of Fame for the second time! The Avett Brothers are also inducted, for the seventh time, putting them into the No.2 spot on the All-Time Hall of Fame chart behind the Black Keys who have 10 inductions. M83 are inducted for the second time.

Submit your Chart Show ballot this week for a chance to win enhanced Chippewa passes to the Eaux Claires Music and Arts Festival on Friday, Aug. 12 and Saturday, Aug. 13, 2016 in Eau Claire, WI!

With the top two this week being inducted, who'll grab the No.1 spot next week?! Start an office pool with Radiohead, Beck and Adele as big name favorites, and the all-star case/lang/veirs collaboration, up six places this week, looks like a contender. Though rank outsiders the Avalanches are the biggest jumpers, up nine places, poised nicely at No.8.

Weezer are the highest and only new entry with the perfect song to perform at the end of summer for The Current's Music-on-a-Stick Show at the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand.

The Lumineers are back after a one week hiatus with "Cleopatra," the song that made Wesley of the band cry. They just posted a video for it on their site with Wesley's story.

The Strokes also bounce back immediately with a song from the new EP Future Present Past. No full tour announced yet but they continue their short string of festival dates next week in Australia at the sold out and splendidly named Splendour in the Grass.

Michael Kiwanuka slips to the basement position this week, but he's called "an undeniable talent" by Brian Oake in his Album of the Week review. He also quotes Michael saying that this album, produced by Danger Mouse, sounds and feels like he's always wanted his work to.

M. Ward has been bubbling under the chart for the past few weeks with my fave track off his new album. He had an extraordinary lineup helping him out at the Hollywood Bowl this week where he supported Brian Wilson. He was joined by collaborators Jim James, Conor Oberst and Zooey Deschanel.
