Lizzo must have gotten a bump from her performance of "Lift Every Voice and Sing/Good As Hell" on Full Frontal with Samantha Bee after the election! She also sold out her First Avenue show on Dec. 10 so she's added a second show on Dec. 11.

Phantogram are the biggest upward movers (12 places to No.4). They are selling out a lot of their shows in the U.K. this month and will be playing a big holiday show with Weezer in Chicago on Dec. 1.

David Bowie is the highest new entry at No.7 with a track from the Lazarus musical he was working on when he passed away. This week it was announced that there will be a series of benefit shows on Jan. 8 which would have been his 70th birthday. Led by actor Gary Oldman, old band members of Bowie's will be included such as Earl Slick, Adrian Belew and Catherine Russell.

Dawes are inducted to the Hall of Fame for the eighth time putting them at No.2 on the All-Time Hall of Fame chart behind The Black Keys. The band just announced a huge tour including the State Theater on Feb. 3.

As the first announced act to perform in the newly renovated Palace Theater in St. Paul, Regina Spektor is new at No.13 with another song from her Remember Us to Life album. She talked about the album, where she has lived, why she holds on to her Jewish heritage and what it was like to return to her Russian homeland in a new interview from The Guardian.

It's that time of year again: Lists are coming in! Rough Trade Records with stores in London and Brooklyn are traditionally early listers. They had Iggy Pop at No.1 and several of our chart denizens were also in their Top 10 of 2016 such as Car Seat Headrest and Angel Olsen.
