It's Fat Tuesday!

Mardi Gras is French for "Fat Tuesday", reflecting the practice of the last night of eating richer, fatty foods before the ritual fasting of the Lenten season.

Fun fact for you: If you haven't had breakfast yet, consider pancakes as "Fat Tuesday" is often also referred to as "Pancake Day". Pancakes and related fried breads or pastries made with sugar, fat, and eggs are traditionally consumed today in many parts of Latin America and the Caribbean.

So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what music in the style of Mardi Gras/New Orleans do you want to hear?

See if you can avoid the songs we've used before for this topic, like these and these, but some are so good that we might use them again.
