The Local Show for May 16, 2010
May 16, 2010
This past Sunday, Steve Rosborough stopped by to talk about the resurgence in analog. Steve runs Moon Glyph, a label that specializes in psych-pop and only releases albums on cassette. We spun music from a few Moon Glyph releases and talk about his upcoming foray into world of vinyl for the label's 12th release, a compilation entitled Regolith, Vol. 1. And in hour two, Zoo Animal visited the studio for a performance of songs from their forthcoming self titled album. They talked to us about making their new record, and their experience being remixed for their recent Young Bold EP. In addition to all of that, music from Chooglin, Dessa, the 757's, Chastity Brown, Matt Latterell and more.
