On this week's edition of The Local Show host David Campbell chatted with Turf Club booker Ryan O'Rourke about his club's mysterious closing on New Year's Day, along with the changes that will be made when The Turf reopens on the 11th.

In hour two, Hastings 3000 stopped by The Current studios and performed a few songs from the his latest record A New Monster and gave us a look at exactly what it takes to be a one-man-rock n' roll-band.

All that plus music from Grant Hart, the New Century Masters, Koerner, Ray and Glover, The Tisdales, and new music from The Original Mark Edwards.

And bands... don't forget that The Local Show is giving away
session time to record in the MPR Studios. Visit thecurrent.org to find out how to win.
