The Local Show Chris Heidman & Howler
July 10, 2011
This week on The Local Show we'll meet Chris Heidman, owner of So-TM records. Chris will spin music from some of the So-TM bands, his own band Sukpatch, and he'll tell the strange and amazing tale of Howler's recent signing with UK label Rough Trade.
In hour two, who better to finish that story then the band themselves? Howler will be dropping by the studio to perform a few songs and talk about getting sent up to play in the big league.
Plus we'll hear music from The Flamin' Ohs, Heiruspecs, Ice Rod and The Suburbs as well as more new music from Joey Ryan and the Inks, IS/IS, Big Lake, Bethany Larson, Caroline Smith and the Goodnight Sleeps and Mystery Palace.
