The Time Machine stops in 1987 this time. It was a big year locally with two album sets coming from both Prince and Hüsker Dü. The Replacements issued their Pleased to Meet Me album, and Kirby Puckett and the Minnesota Twins won the World Series. It was a big year for Irish artists, as U2 issued The Joshua Tree, and Sinead O'Connor dropped her debut album. And Magic, Kareem, and the Lakers won the NBA championship. It's all 1987, our year on this episode of Time Machine Tuesday.
