Everything But The Girl — the British pop and trip-hop duo of Tracey Thorn and Ben Watt — are back with their first studio album in 24 years! The new album, Fuse, will be released on April 21, just in time for Record Store Day. In giddy anticipation, this week on Teenage Kicks we’re taking a look back at the duo’s musical origins — when their signature sound helped coin the genre known as “sophisti-pop.”
