The Time Machine visits 1971 this time. A year of classic rock albums from across the pond like The Who's Who's Next, Led Zeppelin 4, David Bowies’ Hunky Dory & The Rolling Stones lp Sticky Fingers. There were funk & soul classics from Marvin Gaye, who issued his masterpiece "What's Going On, "  the same years as There's a Riot going on from Sly and the Family Stone & Funkadelic dropped Maggot Brain. 

There were folk classics too from Joni Mitchell & Carole King. Former Chicago postman John Prine issued his fabulous debut.
