Christmas is just a few days away, and as always, I'm extra joyous to present the Transmission tradition here on The Current: an '80s holiday. For you fellow Gen Xers raised in the 70s, 80s and 90s, this show will feel like cuddling up in your warmest Max Headroom sweater with Alf slippers. You'll hear all the '80s holiday classics from Bing and Bowie, to Bob and Doug McKenzie — and if you partake in Whamaggeddon: you've been warned.

I promise, it'll be as thrilling as getting that wrapped up Atari 2600 under the tree, but maybe not quite as thrilling as getting a Pet Rock. You be the judge!
