The Time Machine stopped in 1994. This time, there was tragic news from Seattle, Nirvana's Kurt Cobain had passed away. Other music news, Portishead released a trip-hop classic. Rick Rubin was a busy guy as he produced classics from both Tom Petty and Johnny Cash. That "loser" Beck emerged with his debut, and Bay Area punks, Green Day dropped the big one called Dookie. It's all 1994, our year on Time Machine.
