After 13-plus years of hosting Transmission on The Current, I think most of you know by now that the show tends to focus on the classic alternative artists of the worlds of punk, post punk, new wave, synth pop and beyond — but a couple of times a year, once summer officially hits, I like to smooth things out and dive deep into the waters of Yacht Rock.
