Whether it's the fact that they are a ten-piece band or it's their distinctive blend of neo-soul and funk, the '70s-influenced style of Milwaukee's Kings Go Forth hits you like a wall of sound.
Bassist Andy Noble, also owner of Lotus Land Records Store in Milwaukee, formed Kings Go Forth in 2007. Three years later, in 2010, they've released their debut full-length, "The Outsiders Are Back," on Luaka Bop Records.
