Cults, who were thrust into the indie pop scene in 2010 with their self-titled debut and single "Go Outside," are back with a brand new song from their second album, Static, due in October.

"I Can Hardly Make You Mine" (possibly an homage to "Can't seem to Make You Mine" by the Seeds?) revels in chunky guitar and gorgeous vocal hooks. The production is reminiscent of the band's breakthrough single "Go Outside" and we're excited to see how the album develops its classic sound.

Static, will be released October 15, 2013 on Columbia Records.
