Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine's Dara Moskowitz-Grumdahl brings her extensive knowledge of the Midwest dining scene to Eating and Drinking.

This week Dara spoke to The Morning Show's Jill Riley about harvesting local hops. Dara explains how hops are the seasoning for beer and how all the local hops are ready to be picked for the season. She also shared a few hops events at local breweries that let you get in on the action.
