1994 was a GREAT year in music history! Think of those great releases … Green Day's Dookie, Weezer's Blue album and Hole's breakthrough effort Live Through This were all released in 1994.

Back in July, Danno (@staplegenius on Twitter) suggested that I should feature a 1994 special on #TonalRecall. I filed away that thought until last week, when Jeremy suggested it again.

Since this is the last #TonalRecall of 2014, what better time to do it? We'll fit in as much 1994-ness as we can, today at noon on The Current!

Personally, it was the year I discovered The Afghan Whigs and started my career in independent radio.
