As the MPR Member Drive continues, we're celebrating #MPRBooksDay. There are a number of thank-you gifts to make music-minded readers very happy.
And it turns out there are a lot of musical artists who have had a turn at writing books. Many rockers have authored autobiographies, and we've been featuring them in The Current's Rock and Roll Book Club. There are even some artists who have had a turn at writing fiction — even kids' books.
