HAIM re-take the top spot this week with the first song issued from their recently released 'Something To Tell You'. The title is appropriate as the three sisters explained to USA Today that fans were screaming at them on social media for four years to put out something new, yet they took their time.

A close second this week, Arcade Fire always extravagant dressers themselves on stage, have also upped the ante. They have occasionally suggested what the audience at their shows should wear. The latest example is for a show this week in Brooklyn where they asked everyone to be ... "hip and trendy"?!

Bon Iver bounce back into the bronze medal position after their headlining stint at our massively wonderful Rock The Garden show. As I told everyone I met that day, it felt like the best day of my life, especially as we've supported Justin Vernon since day one of this project, he opened RTG 2008 and now he's a international star. And he uses that success to give back to his community in Eau Claire, a great example of local artists with help from non-profits like The Walker and The Current being able to thrive because of the support of you, our audience...THANK YOU!! Scroll down to the picture of Phillip Bither and myself doing their introduction to see just how happy I was.

Radiohead round out the top 5 as they ended their world tour last week with a show in Tel Aviv in Israel which caused much consternation from some of their fans and musical industry peers.

Sam Beam celebrates his birthday today by returning to the chart as the highest re-entry. Hopefully he got chance to spend time at home in Durham, NC with wife Kim and their five kids before 'The Beast Epic' tour will start at The Fayetteville Roots Festival Aug 26th and heads to St. Paul's Palace Theater Oct 14th.

Beth Ditto also returns after a two week hiatus. She did the most recent Micro Show for us.

The Mountain Goats, like all good goths, are back lurking in the basement at #20 this week. Not sure why, but they seem to have an affinity for Leeds in the UK where I went to school. They started their tour there last month and another track on the new 'Goths' album is "Andrew Eldritch Is Moving Back To Leeds".

Submit your Chart Show ballot this week for a chance to win a pair of passes to Beck at the Palace Theater, August 17, 2017!
