Artists heard on The Current are frequently featured on late-night TV, but this week, the late-night shows are in reruns. Over on daytime, however, The Ellen DeGeneres Show features new shows with a string of amazing musical guests: Beck, Arcade Fire, and HAIM. And the prime-time Fox series Empire includes some music by Prince as well as cameos by Prince's sister Tyka Nelson and Prince's bandmates.
