This week's schedule
It feels appropriate that the week after Father's Day, this week's music on TV features performances by a father and son: Monday sees Lukas Nelson and the Promise of the Real perform on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and Tuesday brings Lukas's father Willie Nelson to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon .
The week also sees performances by former Jane's Addiction frontman Perry Farrell and by Sleater-Kinney on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday and Wednesday, respectively. James Corden, who is doing a string of The Late Late Show episodes from London this week, features Londoners Mumford & Sons on Thursday. The week rounds out with a two-night stand by The Raconteurs, appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Thursday and Friday.
Notable reruns this week include Phoebe Bridgers and Lucy Dacus on Last Call with Carson Daly on Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively, and Austin City Limits brings back a 2017 episode featuring sets by Margo Price and Hayes Carll.
