This week's schedule
We leap right into things this Monday night with performances by Wilco on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert followed by Gary Clark Jr. on The Late Late Show with James Corden, both on CBS.
The new NBC program, A Little Late with Lilly Singh, now in the slot formerly occupied by Last Call with Carson Daly, features guests Tegan & Sara on Tuesday night. Tegan & Sara's Hey, I'm Just Like You is our Album of the Week this week.
There are some strong Americana pegs with Lukas Nelson and the Promise of the Real on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday, Robbie Robertson of The Band on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday, and The Highwomen on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday.
Austin City Limits kicks off its 45th season with an hour of Gary Clark Jr., and for those who can't wait for upcoming episodes of ACL, the PBS music mainstay is offering online streams of its tapings of Sharon Van Etten and of The Raconteurs, on Monday and Thursday, respectively.
