This week's schedule
This week begins with a new performance by Morris Day and Snoop Dogg on Jimmy Kimmel Live! (Monday). Other than Jimmy Kimmel's show, once again, many reruns dominate this week for Music on TV. This includes a showing of The Hold Steady on Late Night with Seth Meyers — performing songs off their album that made The Current's Album of the Week not too long ago, Thrashing Thru The Passion — on Tuesday. Wednesday brings a recent encore of folk-rock band The Avett Brothers on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Thursday brings the Pixies on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and Friday will have a performance by Wilco, also on Stephen Colbert.
As the week concludes, Steve Earle & the Dukes will feature on the new week of Austin City Limits with a tribute to American folk singer Guy Clark.
