The Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association’s annual Art-A-Whirl event made an in-person return in 2022. It was met with much engagement during the weekend of May 20-22.
Crowds arrived in northeast Minneapolis for the annual showcase of art in gallery and studio spaces, and checked out music at 331 Club, Indeed Brewing’s Whirligig, the Liquid Zoo at Bauhaus Brew Labs, and Pryes Brewing Company. The weekend weather was a welcoming atmosphere for walking and biking around the neighborhood to enjoy outdoor concerts, food trucks, and outdoor music.
