The nation’s most prestigious dog show took place Wednesday night, and the winner just made history. A four-year-old Bloodhound named Trumpet has become the very first of his breed to win Best in Show at the Westminster dog show. Trumpet beat a French bulldog, a German shepherd, a Maltese, an English setter, a Samoyed and a Lakeland terrier to take the trophy.

Trumpet may hold the title of Best in Show, but many other dogs have made history in the form of music. Songs have long been written out of devotion to loved ones, that includes furry ones! For today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that mention dogs or were inspired by dogs?
