Amidst an era in music where an album or song is a collaboration among multiple artists – Beyoncé’s new album Renaissance has 104 accredited writers (including Beyonce herself) - it’s easy to appreciate artists who do it all themselves. Today we recognize the 49th anniversary of Stevie Wonder’s Innervisions, an album in which he played all instruments on six of the nine tracks. Considered one of the most successful songwriters and musicians of all time, Stevie Wonder continues to influence songwriters and multi-instrumentalists.

Let’s celebrate the one-man-bands of the past and present. For today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs from artists who played all the instruments in their songs do you want to hear?
