The Water Is Life music, art, and cultural Festival in Duluth is set to begin this Sunday, September 4. Presented by Honor the Earth and hosted by Winona LaDuke, the festival will include performances from Ani DiFranco, The Indigo Girls, Low, Dessa, and more! The festival will take place at Bayfront Park with a star-studded speaker lineup including Reservation Dogs actor, D'Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai and Indigenous model and activist, Quannah Chasinghorse and the legendary Gary Farmer joining the stage. All profits from the event will benefit Honor the Earth’s campaigns to protect water, strengthen treaty rights and provide Indigenous leadership to solve the climate crisis.
