May is Mental Health Month, and getting exposure to sunlight can make all the difference. With the sunny days in our recent past, and the forecast for more coming up for Memorial Day Weekend, it’s a great opportunity to trigger your body’s natural serotonin production by being out in the sun. Serotonin leads to “more positive moods and a calm yet focused mental outlook” according to the National Institute of Health.

To get that sunny spirit going, the Coffee Break is a chance to play some songs that provide some solar gain.

For today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, which songs that bring a ray of sunshine to the day should we play?
