It’s been 100 years since St. Paul native and acclaimed author F. Scott Fitzgerald released the book The Great Gatsby. The novel was originally released on April 10, 1925, and has been portrayed on the big screen four times -- the most recent being Baz Luhrmann’s 2013 adaptation, which stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Gatsby, Tobey Maguire as Nick Carraway, and Carey Mulligan as Daisy Buchanan.
‘The Great Gatsby’ turns 100. What’s it like teaching it today? It’s not every day that an American classic celebrates its centennial, so let’s mark the occasion with song!
