The Current receives eight honors at Minnesota SPJ's 2025 Page One Awards

The Minnesota Society of Professional Journalists held its annual Page One journalism awards on Thursday, June 26, at Nicollet Island Pavilion in Minneapolis. It was a joyous evening dedicated to the standout work of media professionals throughout the state from 2024.
The Current’s staff members and contributors received eight awards over the course of the evening, and swept all three spots in the Best Interview – Radio category.
