Scroll through your social media feed, and there’s a good chance you might see your friends waxing nostalgic for 2016. The trend has gathered steam as people look back to a simpler time, when Stranger Things made its debut, Pokémon Go became a phenomenon, and stories first launched on Instagram. 

2016 was also a great year for music. Bon Iver released, 22, A Million, Lizzo was feeling “Good As Hell,” and David Bowie gifted us his final album, Blackstar. Let’s hop on the sentimental train by creating a playlist of songs that were released a decade ago.
