As the presence of federal agents continues to disrupt normal life across the state, everyday people are transforming into heroes.

Some are taking care of their neighbors, some are watching out for children going to school, and some are standing strong and filming even when it’s scary… like Stella Carlson, who until recently was known as the woman in the pink jacket.

Carlson was recently featured in an episode of Minnesota Now, where she talked about filming when 37-year-old Alex Pretti was shot and killed by federal agents in Minneapolis on January 24th, and what has happened in the days since.   

Today, let’s honor Stella, and all of our neighbors that are stepping up to protect each other, by creating a playlist full of shades of pink.
