Seattle was victorious during the big game last weekend, and it’s time to celebrate the winning team! Not only is the city now the reigning champs in football, but Seattle also has a rich musical history, and the recent victory gives us the perfect opportunity to make a musical visit!

From The Current: Bad Bunny makes Puerto Rico the home team in a vivid Super Bowl halftime show

When it comes to music from Seattle, Grunge gets a lot of recognition, but the city is also home to indie bands, soul singers, and even groundbreaking hip-hop. Let’s craft a playlist of music from The Emerald City.

So for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what music from Seattle musicians would you like to hear?

(Nil’s note~ You, too, can join a winning team! Become a member of The Current right here!)
