Coffee Break: Dance Jams

Now and again, you have to dance! Luckily, there’s a day for that — Tuesday is known as Dance Marathon Day.
The special day reaches all the way back to the 1920s, when a New York City dance instructor named Alma Cummings danced for 27 hours straight. The performance was a catalyst for the dance marathon.
The events eventually grew to celebrate the joy of movement, and became a way for participants to support charitable organizations and win prizes for outlasting others on the dance floor.
While you don’t see many dance marathons these days, you can still break out your favorite dance moves to celebrate the day! You can also help create a playlist of your favorite dance jams.
So for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what dance tracks would you like to hear?
