May is Mental Health Awareness month. The special observance has been held in the United States since 1949 to promote mental wellness and let people know that they are not alone when struggling.

From MPR News: Call to Mind - Conversations on Mental Health

The theme for this year is ‘More Good Days, Together,’ and according to Mental Health America, it encourages us all to reflect on what a “good” day looks like for one person, and for our communities. There are a many coping mechanisms out there when it comes to mental health, and one of them is music, so let’s create a playlist of songs that help us when times get tough.

So for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs that represent a coping mechanism would you like to hear?
