British artist and producer William Orbit passed away last July at the age of 69. Orbit was most famous for his collaborations with Madonna. He produced her Ray of Light album, which was nominated for six Grammy Awards in 1991 (including Record and Album of the Year). The record won four golden megaphones total — including for Best Pop Album and Best Dance Recording for the title track.

Orbit also had a hand in discovering Beth Orton and remixed a number of songs from artists like Prince and Belinda Carlisle. Let’s create a playlist as we explore the world of Orbit.
