THE MINNESOTA STATE FAIR IS FINALLY HERE… and The Morning Show is headed back to the fair …in the afternoon! Jill and Nil will be broadcasting live from the MPR’s State Fair Station on Judson near Nelson on August 27 & 28 and August 31 – September 3 from 3 to 7 p.m.

There will be special guests, live performances, and all of the joy and music discovery you’ve come to expect in the morning …but in the afternoon! You can keep up with everything The Current has going on at the fair this year right here.

We don’t want to drink coffee in the late afternoon/early evening, so we’re switching to root beer! And since Thursday is the opening day of the fair, for this root beer break we want to know what your go to midway jams are! Let’s create a playlist of some of our favorites.
