You don’t have to be in a blockbuster film to be a hero, and there is a whole day to remind you of that. Thursday is National Hero Day, a day to honor real life heroes who put in extra effort to help others.

Most real life heroes might not get the recognition they deserve, but today let’s create a whole playlist for those who go above and beyond.

So for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs related to heroes would you like to hear?

(Nil’s note~ You, too, can be a hero! Support The Current by becoming a new member – or by starting or increasing your sustaining donation – right here! 😊)
