The Minneapolis musician celebrates his ‘Deep Winter’ EP at the Dakota on Monday, April 24.

Phil Harder is a Minnesota-based filmmaker who spent 29 years working and collaborating on the visual element of Duluth band Low’s musical output. Harder’s film, ‘Cue the Strings - a film about Low,’ will screen this weekend at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Film Festival.
