In fact, the group's MC and central figure Ishmael Butler has been in the game for nearly two decades, first catching listeners' attention as a member of celebrated alt-hip-hop pioneers Digable Planets in the '90s.

There’s something aesthetically pleasing about the fact that Bloodnstuff bandmates Ed Holmberg and Dylan Gouert used to be in a band called Economy Team. The pair have an obvious shared talent for filing the rough edges away and using a minimal amount of tools create a big, purposeful sound. Describing what Bloodnstuff isn’t is almost…

Current fans have responded strongly to that song "Little Talks" as well, making it #1 on the Chart Show for the past few weeks, inducted into the Hall Of Fame. Thank you. You and the rest of the public radio audience across America have enabled these six young musicians to come to Austin, Texas and experience something truly magical. A massive crowd at a legendary venue like Stubbs singing along to songs that are 'not yet available' in the traditional sense of that word in the USA.
