Three big inductions to our Hall of Fame this week, including the top two! The Lumineers are in for the third time, ensuring that they are not remembered as one-hit wonders! Courtney Barnett is in for the fifth time, equaling her countrymen Tame Impala. Cloud Cult are inducted for the seventh time, putting them at No.5 on the all-time Hall of Fame chart behind
Jack White, Arcade Fire, Mumford and Sons and the the number one by some margin, the Black Keys.

Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats are the highest new entry. They were just announced as the final artist to be added to the Rock The Garden lineup. Celebrate the official kick off to summer with us on June 18 at Boom Island!

Lucius are back at No.17. They'll be back in Rochester this summer, too, after last year's event was cut short due to severe weather. Down By the Riverside has a stacked lineup so far this year! Another favorite of The Current will be announced tomorrow morning, so stay tuned.

Mason Jennings has quietly released a new album, Wild Dark Metal, with little promotion and no touring planned. "Heaven" was not his choice as a first single, however. He made a video for another tune, "Arma," which he thinks holds the central DNA of the record.

Frightened Rabbit are another new entry at No.20. They stopped by to record a session at The Current last week before a show at the Varsity Theater.

Kendrick Lamar is up nine places this week and is one of the artists who has paid tribute to Prince. Footage emerged of them jamming together at Paisley Park in 2014.
