Every year in Park Rapids, Minnesota, community members get together and compete in a friendly game involving a fire hose and a bunch of water. The winning team doesn’t leave empty-handed, though. They get bragging rights, and get to take home the Loony Traveling Trophy to display until next year’s event.

Neighbors are invited to come out and watch the Water Wars and there is even a block party to celebrate after. The small-town tradition sounds like a lot of fun, and we thought we’d get in on the action with music!
