This evening is Saint Paul Mayor Chris Coleman's State of the City speech at the newly opened Concert Hall at Ordway Center for the Performing Arts in Saint Paul. When he stopped into the studio earlier this week to talk with The Current's Morning Show, he said "this isn't your father's State of the City address." He's adding a musical component to the event, to highlight the local music scene in the Twin Cities.
