This week on The Local Show, you'll meet Aero Flynn, the brain child of Josh Scott. Born out of the memory of an Eau Claire band called Amateur Love that Josh fronted in the early aughts, Aero Flynn also includes Solid Gold's Adam Hurlburt, Bon Iver's Mike Noyce, and steel guitar wiz Ben Lester. With Justin Vernon co-producing the album along with Josh, they've crafted a delicately sprawling and spacey album of emotionally evocative music, perhaps suited for late night headphone listening. See for yourself as they perform three from the record in The Current studios, and talk about the album's genesis and Josh Scott's return to music.
